In this group project studio I worked with two other University of Oregon students and one architectural engineering student from Oregon State University. We designed a nomadic timber performance space to support the student bands of Eugene / University of Oregon. The site could vary for use in different local parks and public locations, but a focus was placed on exploring Washburne Park as the main site. The structure was designed to be welcoming, energetic, and youthful to reflect the nature of the performances and students of the community.

This project was designed by extensive iterative work with parametric methods (Rhino + Grasshopper), and structurally tested using Karamba.
